No Refund Policy (Service-Based Work)

Since most of our services are digital and customized, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has started or been delivered. This includes:

  • Completed guest posting orders
  • Delivered website design or development work
  • SEO or digital marketing services already executed
  • Any custom work already initiated or completed

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not started within the agreed timeframe
  • If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal issues
  • If both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before work begins

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be provided based on the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by lack of client communication or required materials
  • Dissatisfaction due to unclear requirements provided by the client
  • Completed or delivered services

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
